MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to use pertinent software applications, i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 25 lbs.

Perform other related duties as assigned
REPORTS TO:
Superintendent
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet and direct visitors to the district administrative offices

Respond to telephone inquiries from staff, parents, and the general public by providing requested information or referring to other parties

Maintain reception area (e.g. newsletters, district information, enrollment information, etc.) for the purpose of providing resource information to visitors.

Maintain building information (e.g. schedules, staff directories, event calendars, etc.) for the purpose of providing reference information.

Maintain a variety of electronic files as a source of information to internal and external parties.

Perform general clerical functions (e.g. copying, faxing, filing, data entry, etc.) for the purpose of supporting office operations.

Maintain records of former district students for the purpose of processing transcript and education verification requests from students, colleges, employers, etc.
SALARY:
Based on experience. Salary for remainder of the 2019-20 school term is prorated based on hire date.

12 months; 7.5 hours/day |
