NOTE:  This position is for the 2022-2023 school year.  The salary will be based on the 2022-2023 salary schedule which is not yet approved by the Board of Education.  The salary listed is based on the current year's salary schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Missouri Teacher Certification or Substitute Teacher Certification

REPORTS TO:

Building Principal/Athletic Director/Head Coach

SUPERVISES:

80-90 student athletes

JOB GOAL:

To support the head coach and to provide a learning environment for athletes to improve their skills.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coach individual student athletes in the skills necessary for excellence in chosen sport.
2. Assist in enforcing discipline and sportsmanlike behavior at all times and establishes and oversees penalties for breach of such standards by individual students.
3. Attend/participate in clinics to enhance knowledge and improve program.
