QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 60 college credit hours earned from an accredited college or university
3.Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Excellent computer skills
5. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:
7 hours per day
JOB GOAL:
To complete the detail and written work and to coordinate other matters essential to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Process Coordinator.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Obtain, gather, and organize pertinent data as needed and put it into usable form. 2. Maintain a regular filing system, as well as a set of locked confidential files, and process incoming correspondence as instructed. 3. Place and receive telephone calls and record messages. 4. Order and maintain supplies as needed. 5. Perform any bookkeeping tasks associated with the specific position. 6. Maintain a schedule of appointments and make arrangements for conferences and interviews. 7. Welcome visitors and arrange for their comfort, and screen unexpected callers in accordance with predetermined policy. 8. Operate word processors, computers, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines. 9. Perform usual office routines. 10. Maintain such student records as shall be required. 11. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Process Coordinator and/or building administration. |
